The Experience
You don't know which battle you're fighting.
Until the reveal. Then you discover you just made the same choice as Hannibal. Or Wellington. Or Eisenhower.
The enemy fleet enters the narrows. Your fire ships are ready. How do you open the engagement?
Devastating in confined waters. But it's a one-use weapon.
Pattern detected: you have chosen bold in every phase.
THE REAL BATTLE
The Battle of Salamis
480 BC — Themistocles vs. the Persian Empire
Themistocles lured the Persian fleet into the narrow straits where their numbers became a liability. Fire ships and the confined channel destroyed a fleet four times his size. The battle saved Greek democracy.
Blind History Protocol
Cinematic narration sets the scene. One line at a time. You feel the fog of war.
Three options. Safe, bold, desperate. No undo. Consequences are real.
Your troops follow the order. The enemy reacts. Some don't come back.
"This was the Battle of Salamis, 480 BC. The real commander chose the same."
Not reflexes. Not trivia. Not personality.
How you actually think when the stakes are real and the information is incomplete.
Adaptive Adversary
The AI learns your decision patterns. Choose bold three times — it's already preparing the counter. Get predictable, get punished.
Blind History
Every scenario is a real battle, anonymized. You decide first. Then the reveal: the real commander at Gettysburg chose the same.
Cascading Consequences
Mercy in battle 1 becomes intelligence in battle 3. The cavalry you saved covers your retreat in battle 5. Nothing resets.

DecisionProof
Structured decision training with an auditable evidence trail. Faculty-controlled assessment. No AI-generated grades. No hindsight contamination. Every decision preserved exactly as written.
Frame Before You Act
Learners commit their understanding of the problem — political object, competing frames, critical assumptions, disconfirming indicators — before selecting any course of action. The frame is preserved and cannot be edited after commitment.
Theory of Action
Every decision requires an explicit causal explanation: why this action will influence the target. Mechanism, expected response, indicators of success and failure, change conditions. Reasoning is committed before consequence.
Faculty-Controlled AAR
The system generates candidate observations from the evidence record. Faculty reviews, edits, rejects, or accepts each one individually before release. No automated grades. No personality labels. Observable evidence only.
Hindsight Fence
The learner's reasoning is captured before the consequence is revealed. Historical context is shown after the self-assessment — as context, not an answer key. Agreement with the historical commander does not change any score.
Auditable Evidence Chain
Every event — source exposure, decision commit, frame revision, faculty disposition — is recorded in a tamper-evident, append-only ledger. Sessions can be sealed, verified, and exported for accreditation review.
Transfer Case
After the primary scenario, learners apply their principles to a structurally similar case in a different domain. Surface features change; underlying constructs are preserved. Tests generalization, not domain familiarity.
No Forbidden Language
The system blocks diagnostic labels, personality attributions, command-readiness assertions, and outcome-based scoring in all generated text. Faculty describes observable evidence. The platform does not psychologically diagnose.
